مدل‌سازی و پیش‌بینی تغییرات کاربری اراضی با استفاده از روش رگرسیون لجستیک در مدل LCM

چکیده
تغییرات کاربری اراضی یکی از آشکارترین اثرات مداخله انسان بر روی کره زمین است و می ­تواند بر سلامت انسان و سیستم­ های بوم‌شناختی تأثیرگذار باشد. مدل‌سازی مکانی تغییرات کاربری زمین، فنی برای درک فرایندهای تغییر کاربری زمین از نظر محل و مقدار تغییر است. ازاین‌رو، تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی تغییرات کاربری اراضی شهرستان خوسف در استان خراسان جنوبی با استفاده از مدل رگرسیون لجستیک انجام شد. به این منظور، تصاویر ماهواره‌ای منطقه موردمطالعه در سه دوره 2008، 2013 و 2022 تهیه و نقشه کاربری اراضی آشکارسازی و صحت نقشه­ ها با روش ماتریس خطا ارزیابی شد. سپس سه زیر مدل؛ انتقال کاربری بایر به کشاورزی، بایر به مسکونی و کشاورزی به بایر و چهار متغیر شامل: مدل رقومی ارتفاع، فاصله از جاده، فاصله از مناطق مسکونی و فاصله از اراضی با کاربری کشاورزی برای یک دوره واسنجی 2013-2008 مورداستفاده قرار گرفت. سپس روش رگرسیون لجستیک در مدل LCM  برای مدل سازی تغییرات کاربری اراضی مورد استفاده قرار گرفت و با استفاده از زنجیره مارکوف تغییرات هر کاربری مشخص شد و درنهایت نقشه های کاربری اراضی برای سال­ 2022 با استفاده از مدل پیش‌بینی سخت پیش‌بینی شد. در این مدت بیشترین تغییرات در طی دوره موردمطالعه شامل تبدیل اراضی بایر به کاربری کشاورزی بوده است. بعد از اجرای مدل­ ها نتایج حاصل از شبیه‌سازی 2022 با نقشه واقعیت زمینی مورد مقایسه قرار گرفت و پس از اطمینان از دقت مدل و با توجه به صحت مدل‌سازی پیش‌بینی نقشه ی کاربری اراضی برای سال 2040 انجام شد. بر این اساس در سال 2040 مساحت پیش‌بینی‌شده برای کاربری کشاورزی 10488.18 هکتار، کاربری شهری 750.04 هکتار و کاربری بایر برابر با 1571932.14هکتار تعیین شد. بنابراین می توان گفت کارایی استفاده از روش رگرسون لجستیک در مدل LCM در مدل سازی تغییرات در منطقه مورد مطالعه تأیید شد.
